Sleep Solutions Dental Group was formed to offer patients with sleep disorders the latest treatments in dental sleep medicine. Dental sleep medicine is a new field with only a small fraction of the dentists currently trained as required by the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM). Currently very few physicians or dentists understand the proven effectiveness of Oral Appliance Therapy in treating sleep disorders.
Sleep Solutions Dental Group is committed to educating patients, physicians, and dentists about the recent dynamic changes in dental sleep medicine. It is estimated that around 80% of the current sleep patients are candidates for oral appliance therapy. Less than 2% of the sleep patients are currently using oral appliance therapy. Very few sleep patients realize that they are candidates and can be treated without surgeries, air compressors or hoses.
Sleep Solutions Dental Group works in close conjunction with Valley Sleep Disorder Center. We share space in their Lodi, CA office for continuity of treatment and convenience. All patients referred from Valley Sleep Disorder Center are monitored by Sleep Solutions Dental Group and Dr. Monie, MD or Dr. Schrivastiva, MD.
